3. Get Your Custom Adventure Plan

You’ll receive a beautifully designed, downloadable itinerary with everything you need—routes, maps, campground or lodging suggestions, packing lists, offline navigation tools, restaurant suggestions and more. Its designed to make your trip seamless from start to finish.

4. Ongoing Support

Have questions or want to tweak your trip after you get your plan? We’re here to help. You’ll have access to email support so you feel confident and prepared before departure, wherever your journey takes you.

How Far in Advance Should You Book?

Peak Season (Summer, Holidays, National Parks)

8–12 weeks in advance

for best options

Weekend Escapes (2-3 days)

At least 1-2 weeks in advance.

All Inclusive Plans

6+ weeks preferred (allow time for lodging and activity bookings)

Adventure Getaway (4-7 days)

At least 3-5 weeks in advance.

Extended Expeditions (8-14+ days)

6-8 weeks or more recommended

Last-minute requests accepted on a case-by-case basis with a rush fee!

All Inclusive vs Basic Plans

Basic Plan = For travelers who like to book and handle logistics themselves, but want expert ideas and a clear plan.

All-Inclusive Plan = For travelers who want a hands-off experience—you just show up, and everything’s ready. Here is what you get in addition to the services provided with the basic plans:
