1. Acknowledgment of Services Provided

I understand that Roam Ready provides custom travel planning services only. Roam Ready does not serve as a licensed guide, outfitter, or travel agency and does not provide in-person guiding, emergency services, or physical supervision during trips. I acknowledge that Roam Ready’s role is to design personalized travel itineraries based on my preferences and goals.

2. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that travel and outdoor recreation carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury, illness, or death

• Wildlife encounters

• Weather hazards

• Accidents involving transportation, lodging, or outdoor activities

• Delays, cancellations, and third-party service failures

• Acts of nature or other unforeseen circumstances

I assume full responsibility for any risk associated with participation in the suggested activities, and I release Roam Ready from liability for any harm, loss, or damage I may suffer while following an itinerary provided by them.

3. Physical Fitness & Medical Care

I confirm that I am solely responsible for determining my (and my travel party’s) fitness and preparedness for activities included in my custom plan. I will consult with a physician as needed and bring any necessary medications, safety gear, or first-aid supplies.

I acknowledge that Roam Ready does not provide medical advice or emergency assistance.

4. Third-Party Services

Roam Ready may recommend or book third-party providers such as hotels, tours, rental companies, or outfitters. I understand that Roam Ready does not control these services and is not liable for their availability, quality, changes, or policies.

It is my responsibility to review and accept each provider’s terms and to follow all local laws, regulations, and permit requirements.

5. Digital Materials & Navigation Tools

All itineraries, checklists, and navigation tools are delivered digitally. Roam Ready is not responsible for technical issues related to downloading or using the materials. I understand I am responsible for ensuring I can access and use the materials prior to my trip, and for reviewing important route information and safety guidelines.

6. Release of Liability

By completing my purchase, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Release, waive, and discharge Roam Ready and its employees, contractors, and affiliates from all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action related to my participation in any trip planned by them

• Not hold Roam Ready responsible for injuries, losses, or damages that occur during travel, including those related to third-party services or my own negligence

• Indemnify and hold harmless Roam Ready for any claims brought against them by others arising from my participation in planned activities

7. Legal Capacity

I certify that I am at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If I am booking a trip for others, I confirm that I have their permission and that they understand and accept this waiver.

8. Agreement

I have read and fully understand this Liability Waiver. I voluntarily agree to its terms, knowing the risks associated with travel and outdoor recreation. This waiver shall remain in effect for all future trips planned by Roam Ready unless otherwise revoked in writing.​​​​​
