Refund & Cancellation Policy

Custom Itineraries

Basic Plans:
• Full refund if canceled within 24 hours of payment and before the planning call
• 50% refund if canceled after the planning call but before the itinerary is delivered
• No refund after the itinerary has been delivered

All-Inclusive Plans:
• Full refund if canceled within 24 hours of payment and before the planning call
• 50% refund if canceled after the planning call but before bookings are made
• No refund once lodging or activity bookings have been confirmed, or the itinerary has been delivered

Missed Calls or Lack of Client Response:
If a client does not respond to emails or planning communication for 14 consecutive days, the trip may be marked as complete and no refund will be issued. We’ll send one final follow-up before closing out your plan.

Pre-Built Digital Trip Plans & Merchandise:
All sales are final on pre-built itineraries and merchandise.

Processing Fees:
All refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee to cover administrative and payment platform costs.

Change Requests:
Major changes to your trip after planning has begun (such as a new destination, date range, or adventure type) may be treated as a new booking or incur additional fees, depending on the status of the work already completed.

Refund Timeline:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
