Account deletion can be initiated through the Account screen within the Roam Ready app or through our online account deletion request page HERE.

When an account-deletion request is completed, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with the account unless certain information must be retained for legitimate purposes such as:

• Tax or accounting requirements

• Fraud prevention

• Security

• Dispute resolution

Information retained for these purposes will only be kept for as long as reasonably necessary for that purpose.

Deleting your account may permanently remove access to purchased, assigned, or saved adventures and associated trip information.

12. Children's Privacy

Roam Ready is not designed or directed primarily to children under 13, and children under 13 should not independently create a Roam Ready account.
