By purchasing or requesting a custom trip plan from Roam Ready, you agree to the terms below and acknowledge the associated risks and limitations of service.

1. Services Provided

Roam Ready offers custom travel planning for outdoor and urban adventures, including destination research, route suggestions, activity ideas, gear guidance, and optional booking coordination for select services. We are not a licensed guide, outfitter, or travel agency, and we do not accompany clients in the field.

2. Liability Disclaimer

All travel and outdoor recreation involve inherent risks. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks—including but not limited to injury, illness, accidents, weather, wildlife encounters, and acts of nature. Roam Ready is not liable for any injury, property damage, loss, delay, cancellation, or incident arising during your trip. You assume full responsibility for your participation and agree to hold Roam Ready harmless.

3. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Your physical ability and preparedness to participate in suggested activities

• Following all local regulations, permit requirements, weather alerts, and land-use rules

• Confirming the accuracy and details of any third-party bookings we help coordinate

• Packing essential gear, medications, and safety equipment

Roam Ready does not provide medical advice, emergency support, or on-the-ground guidance.

4. Booking & Payment

Custom itinerary creation begins only after payment is received. All-inclusive packages may include coordination with third-party providers (e.g., lodging, car rentals, tours), but Roam Ready is not responsible for changes, availability, pricing errors, or cancellations from those providers.

All pricing is listed in USD and may vary based on the level of service and complexity of the trip.

5. Third-Party Services

Any third-party services recommended or booked on your behalf are subject to the policies and terms of those providers. Roam Ready does not control or guarantee the performance or availability of these services. It is your responsibility to review and agree to their terms separately.

6. Force Majeure

Roam Ready is not liable for failure to deliver services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Government restrictions or shutdowns

• Border closures

• Labor strikes

• Public health emergencies or pandemics

• Transportation disruptions

7. Delivery of Materials

All trip plans and materials are delivered digitally. Clients are responsible for reviewing, downloading, and saving all files prior to travel. Roam Ready is not liable for email access issues, spam filters, file compatibility problems, or technical issues beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All custom itineraries, gear checklists, maps, and planning materials are the intellectual property of Roam Ready. These materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, republished, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds may be issued under limited circumstances as outlined in our Refund Policy. Once planning work begins, partial refunds may apply depending on the status of your itinerary. No refunds will be issued for trips canceled due to weather, personal emergencies, or third-party service issues. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details.

10. Agreement to Terms

By submitting a request or purchasing a trip plan, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Liability Waiver, and our Privacy Policy. You understand that participation in travel and outdoor activities is voluntary and carries risk.
