By requesting or purchasing a self-guided adventure trip from Roam Ready LLC, you (“Traveler”) acknowledge and agree to the following Booking Terms & Conditions. Acceptance is required prior to payment.

1. Lead Booker Responsibilities

• The person making the booking (“Lead Booker”) is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate personal information and trip details for themselves and all participants.

  • Having the authority to make the booking and payments on behalf of all participants.

  • Ensuring all participants, including minors, accept these terms and understand the risks.

• Travelers must be of adult age (18+) to book, or a parent/guardian must act for minors.

2. Booking, Deposit, and Payment Schedule

1. Deposit:

   • A 25% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking.

   • Deposit covers planning, itinerary research, and supplier commitments.

2. Final Payment:

   • The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to departure. Bookings made within 60 days of departure will be required to pay in full upfront.

   • Full payment is required before the detailed itinerary, supplier confirmations, and digital guide are released.

3. Late Payments:

   • Late or missing payment may result in automatic cancellation, with the deposit retained.

3. Itinerary Delivery & Use

• Detailed itineraries and trip materials are delivered digitally after full payment.

• Materials are for personal use only. Sharing, copying, or distributing content for independent bookings is prohibited.

• Travelers are responsible for reviewing, downloading, and saving all materials; Roam Ready is not liable for technical issues or file incompatibility.

4. Participant Responsibilities

Travelers acknowledge that they are responsible for:

• Their fitness and ability to complete suggested activities

• Compliance with local laws, permits, and safety guidance

• Confirming the accuracy of any third-party bookings

• Packing appropriate gear, medications, and safety equipment

• Travel is self-guided; Roam Ready does not provide emergency support or on-site guidance

5. Third-Party Services

• Roam Ready may recommend or book third-party services (lodging, tours, rentals).

• These services are subject to supplier terms, which Roam Ready does not control or guarantee.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Liquidated Damages)

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds are determined as follows:

• ​There is a 25% non-refundable deposit before we make any bookings.

Liquidated Damages:
This schedule represents a reasonable estimate of costs Roam Ready incurs in trip preparation, supplier payments, and planning, not a penalty.

7. Travel Insurance Requirement

• Travelers must have medical insurance covering domestic or international travel.

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover trip cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, and lost or stolen items.

• Claims are processed directly with the insurance provider; Roam Ready is not responsible for insurance claims.

8. Liability Waiver & Risk Acknowledgment

• Participation is at your own risk. Self-guided travel and outdoor activities involve inherent hazards: injury, illness, accidents, wildlife encounters, weather, and unforeseen events.

• By booking, travelers release Roam Ready LLC, affiliates, and suppliers from liability, and agree to indemnify Roam Ready for any losses.

• Acceptance of this waiver is confirmed by checking the acknowledgment box at checkout.

9. Force Majeure

Roam Ready is not liable for events outside our control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather, natural disasters, or environmental hazards

• Travel restrictions, border closures, or government actions

• Strikes, pandemics, or public health emergencies

• Supplier cancellations or changes

Reasonable assistance will be provided, but refunds are limited to those specified above.

10. Modifications & Special Requests

• Roam Ready may modify itineraries due to supplier availability, safety, or other logistical reasons.

• We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special requests, but we cannot guarantee them.

• Clients are responsible for additional costs resulting from modifications or personal changes.

11. Intellectual Property & Digital Materials

• Trip itineraries, guides, maps, and checklists are intellectual property of Roam Ready LLC.

• Materials may not be copied, shared, or used commercially without written consent.

12. Governing Law

• This agreement is governed by the laws of Colorado.

• Any disputes will be resolved in Routt County, CO courts, with mediation required prior to litigation.

13. Customer Confirmation

By booking, you confirm:

• Understanding of deposit, payment schedule, and refund policy

• Acceptance of liability waiver and risks

• Acknowledgment that itinerary materials are released only after full payment

• Agreement to follow participant responsibilities
