Your final planning fee is determined by:

Trip length
Trip complexity (multiple stops, international travel, remote destinations, etc.)
Group size

After a quick consultation, we’ll confirm your exact price upfront. No surprises and no hidden fees.

Typical Investment

To keep pricing fair and predictable:

Basecamp Plan fees are capped at $900
Summit Plan fees are capped at $1,800

(These caps apply only to highly complex, international trips with larger groups.)

When do I pay?

You’ll receive your exact planning fee after your consultation. Planning begins once payment is received, and you’ll know the full cost before any work starts.
