After you request to book our services, you'll start by filling out a 10-15 min survey with your travel goals, preferences, and must-sees. We want to hear all about it!
1. Tell Us About Your Dream Trip
Have questions or want to tweak your trip after you get your plan? We’re here to help. You’ll have access to email, text, and call support so you feel confident and prepared before departure and during (with a Summit Plan).
4. Ongoing Support
You’ll receive a beautifully designed, downloadable itinerary with everything you need: activities, maps, lodging, etc. It's designed to make your trip seamless from start to finish.
3. Woohoo! Adventure Time
We’ll follow up with a 30-40 minute virtual call to talk through your vision, answer questions, and fine-tune the details. This helps us tailor your itinerary to your travel style, comfort level, and trip vibe.
